The 2010 Ballet Tech Gala
Thank you to all of the individuals and institutions who supported the 2010
Ballet Tech Gala. All proceeds will benefit the tuition-free Ballet Tech School.
In addition to cocktails and an intimate dinner, Ballet Tech presented a one-night-only performance. The program
included three premieres choreographed by Eliot Feld, as well as two dances performed by the Ballet Tech
School students:
PROGRAM
of Inwit danced by Kaitlyn Gilliland*, set to Songs and Poems for Cello by Philip Glass (world premiere)
Zeppo danced by Wei-Chia Su, set to music by Les Paul and Mary Ford (occidental premiere)
Moppo danced by Wei-Chia Su, set to early recordings by Louis Armstrong (world premiere)
Meshugana Dance danced by students of the Ballet Tech School, set to Klezmer Music
Quickstep danced by students of the Ballet Tech School, set to Steve Martland's
Principia and Re:Mix
