OPENING NIGHT GALA
April 9, 2008
Ballet Tech launched its 2008 performance season with a special Opening Night Gala.
Celebrating and supporting the Ballet Tech School, the festivities included cocktails in Ballet Tech's recently renovated 8th floor lobby, an open class featuring children from the School, and a one-time-only performance at the Joyce Theater. Providing the highlights of this memorable evening, Eliot Feld premiered four new ballets including Undergo, Isis in Transit, Quickstep, and Dotty Polkas. The latter two dances featured students ages 10 to 18 from the Ballet Tech School. Rounding out the rich menu of artistic programming, Backchat and Pursuing Odette returned to the stage.
If you would like to receive invitations to future benefit events, please contact Ballet Tech's development department at (212) 777-7710, x316. If you would like to learn more about other ways you can support Ballet Tech, please click
